By accessing or using the Xaviroplatform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Early access

Xaviro is currently in an early-access phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change. Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before terminating access where possible.

Use of the service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary data models
• Resell or redistribute Service outputs without written consent
• Submit false or misleading information during sign-up

Intellectual property

All content, models, and outputs generated by Xaviro remain the intellectual property of Xaviroor its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use outputs internally for your organisation's business purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Xaviro does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Intelligence briefs are informational and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xaviro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue or data.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
