Xaviro(“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates xaviro.io. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We are committed to handling your data with transparency, minimal collection, and no sale to third parties.

Data we collect

When you submit an early-access request, we collect:

  • Your work email address
  • Your industry sector
  • Your location (country or region)
  • An optional description of your use case
  • Submission timestamp and source page

Once you become a registered user, we additionally store your name, company, and role, which you provide during onboarding. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics SDKs, or behavioural profiling tools on this site.

How we use your data

We use the data you provide exclusively to:

  • Evaluate your early-access request
  • Contact you about onboarding
  • Communicate product updates directly relevant to your request

We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Early-access request data is stored in Supabase, hosted on infrastructure within the European Union. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to the service role key and is never exposed to the browser.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@xaviro.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies. We may set a minimal session cookie if you sign in to a product area. No consent banner is required for strictly necessary cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
